How the service works, how many deals you'll receive, how to book, and why join even without travel plans.
How does it work?
Triips continuously monitors airfare prices across millions of fare combinations. Our deal-detection algorithm analyzes seasonal pricing patterns, route demand trends, and destination-specific behavior to uncover rare price drops and unadvertised discounts, so you never miss a great deal.
When we find an exceptional fare, we send you an email with all the booking details and travel dates. Click any deal link to be redirected to our partner Skyscanner, where you can complete your booking directly with the airline. Start receiving the best flight deals today.
How many deals will I receive?
You'll receive 2β3 exclusive flight deals per week, tailored to your departure city. That's 150+ deals a year, with savings of 50β90% compared to regular airfare prices.
Can I choose my destinations?
Not exactly, but you can tell us your dream destinations after signing up. Our deal-detection algorithm then monitors prices across thousands of routes worldwide, tracking historical data and price trends to detect when a fare drops significantly below its usual range. The moment we spot a genuine deal from your city, domestic or international, you'll be the first to know, often within the year as prices drop.
Is it free?
Every new member starts with a 7-day free trial. During your trial you receive the exact same deals as full-time members, so you can see the real value and savings for yourself before committing. After the trial, check out our membership pricing.
How do I book a flight deal?
Each deal includes direct booking links, flexible date combinations, and simple instructions. Click the link to be redirected to our partner Skyscanner, where you can complete your booking directly with the airline. You stay in full control of your booking from start to finish.
How long do deals last?
Most deals are available for less than 48 hours, and some disappear within a few hours. Book quickly to lock in the savings!
Tip: Many airlines offer free cancellation within 24 hours, giving you time to decide.
Why sign up if I have no travel plans right now?
You don't need a destination in mind to start saving. With 2–3 deals every week, that's 150+ opportunities a year. The members who save the most are the ones who joined early, stayed patient, and were ready when the right deal landed.
Managing your account
Cancel, delete, reset your password, or change your departure city.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your Triips membership, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Triips profile.
- Go to your Club dashboard.
- Open your account menu, open Settings, then click Cancel subscription. A retention modal will appear with extension options and current promotions. Pick the right option for you, or confirm cancellation.
Once canceled, your membership will not renew, and you'll continue to have access to your benefits until the end of your current billing period.
If you also need to update your payment method or download invoices, open your account menu, go to Settings, and click Update billing info. You'll be redirected to our secure Stripe billing portal.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, you can request permanent deletion of your Triips account by contacting us through the support form and confirming the email linked to your account. Please note that account deletion is irreversible. Once processed, you will lose all access to the Triips platform, including any active memberships. No refunds will be issued for any charges made prior to deletion.
How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password here. If you don't receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder. The reset link expires after 15–30 minutes for security, so use it promptly.
How do I change my departure airport?
You can update your departure city anytime from your Club dashboard. Open your account menu, open Preferences, then click Change departure city. The dropdown lists every city we currently cover, 52 departure cities across 15 countries. Pick the one closest to where you travel from, and you'll start receiving deal alerts from that city right away. If your city isn't on the list yet, it's on our roadmap and we're expanding coverage continuously.
How do I update my email address?
You can update your email address from your Club dashboard. Open your account menu, open Profile, then Edit email, enter your new address, and save. Future deal alerts and account notifications will go to the new address right away. If you've lost access to your current account email and can't log in, contact us via the support form with your billing details so we can verify your identity and update it for you.
Billing and refunds

How does the free trial work and what if I miss the deadline?
All memberships begin with a 7-day free trial, exactly 168 hours from the time of signup. The charge processes at the same time of day you signed up. The trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled beforehand. We're unable to issue refunds for missing the cancellation deadline.
Important details: each customer is eligible for only ONE free trial per lifetime. If you previously used a trial and re-subscribe, you'll be charged immediately, even if your previous trial is still active or was cancelled.
What is the refund policy?
Per our Terms and Conditions, all payments are final and non-refundable once processed through Stripe. If you believe you cancelled before your trial ended, you may contact us via the support form and forward your cancellation confirmation email (subject: "Your payment subscription at Triips has been CANCELLED"). We can investigate the billing timeline for potential technical errors with documented proof.
What if I don't save money with the service?
We back the service with a savings guarantee. If you don't save at least USD 500 (or local currency equivalent) on flights within your first year of membership, you can request a full refund. To qualify, you must stay subscribed for the full 12-month period, book at least two flights using deals received from Triips, submit your refund request within 30 days after your year-end billing date, and provide booking confirmations along with the related deal emails as documentation. I didn't subscribe / I don't recognize the charge, what should I do?
We have a strict policy against fraud and take these matters very seriously.
If you didn't subscribe or don't recognize the charge, it's possible someone used your information without permission. Please contact us immediately and include any welcome or billing emails you received so we can investigate thoroughly and take appropriate action.

How do I know if my membership is active?
If you are receiving deals, your membership is active. You should also have received a welcome email with the subject line "Welcome to Triips Club!
". If you did not receive it, check your spam or promotions folder and add deals@triips.com to your contacts.
How can I make sure deal alerts reach my main inbox?
Great deals don't wait. Exceptional fares can disappear quickly, sometimes before you've even seen the alert. To make sure you never miss out, get Triips alerts delivered straight to your main inbox:
- Add
deals@triips.comto your contacts. This tells your email provider you trust the sender. - Move a Triips email to your Primary inbox. In Gmail, drag the email from the Promotions tab to Primary (or right-click and choose Move to → Primary), then confirm "Do this for all future messages." Other providers have similar Move to inbox or Not junk actions.
- Mark as "Not Spam" or "Not Promotion" if any deal lands there. Your provider learns quickly and will route future deals correctly.
- Enable push notifications for your Primary inbox in your email app, so you're alerted the moment a new deal arrives.
With these settings in place, you'll catch even the fastest deals.
Why am I not receiving any deal alerts?
Check that the email on your account is correct. You can update it anytime from your Club dashboard. Open your account menu, open Profile, then Edit email. Also check your spam and promotions folders and add deals@triips.com to your contacts. In the meantime, you can browse your most recent deals directly from your Club dashboard. Still nothing? Reach out to support.
Why can't I log into my account?
Start by resetting your password here. The reset link expires after 15–30 minutes, so use it promptly. If the reset doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache, switching to a different browser, or using private/incognito mode. Still stuck? Contact us with the email you used and we'll help.
Flight deal coverage

Do you offer business class fares?
We focus on finding the lowest fares available, which are typically economy. However, many flights we feature are also available in business class. To upgrade, check the airline's website after receiving the deal.
Are your deals only on budget airlines?
Not at all. We send deals across all airlines, from major carriers to low-cost ones. What matters is the savings, not the airline. If a route drops 50–90% off regular price, you'll hear about it.
Do you scan flights to specific destinations?
You can't request a specific destination, since our algorithm surfaces opportunities based on real-time price drops rather than fixed routes. That said, our deals cover 301 destinations across 122 countries, so over time there's a strong chance one of your preferred destinations will appear.
To get the most out of your membership, keep it active and stay patient. Great opportunities come, but timing is everything.
Do you work with travel agencies?
No, Triips is not a travel agency and we do not book flights for you. We find great deals and send you the booking links. Clicking a deal redirects you to our partner Skyscanner, where you complete the purchase directly with the airline.
Why am I redirected to Skyscanner when I click a deal?
We're an official partner of Skyscanner, one of the world's leading flight search platforms. When you click a deal in your alert email, you're redirected to Skyscanner to view live pricing and complete your booking with the airline. We work with Skyscanner because they aggregate fares from thousands of airlines and booking sites, so you always see the best available price for the deal we surfaced. Triips curates the deal; Skyscanner powers the booking experience.
