How can we help?

Log in to your Triips profile, go to your Club dashboard, open your account menu, open Settings, then click Cancel subscription. A retention modal appears with extension and pause options; pick the right one for you, or confirm cancellation.

Once cancelled, your membership stays active until the end of the current billing period and won't renew. To update your payment method or download invoices, open your account menu, go to Settings, and click Update billing info.

Per our Terms and Conditions, all payments are final and non-refundable once processed through Stripe. If you believe you cancelled before your trial ended, send us your cancellation confirmation email (subject: "Your payment subscription at Triips has been CANCELLED") so we can investigate the billing timeline.

Check that the email on your account is correct and update it from your Club dashboard (account menu, then Profile → Edit email). Also check your spam or promotions folders and add deals@triips.com to your contacts. Still nothing? Send us a message above.

Open your Club dashboard, open your account menu, open Preferences, then click Change departure city. New deal alerts will be tailored to the new city right away.

We have a strict policy against fraud. If you don't recognize the charge, someone may have used your information without permission. Send us a message above and include any welcome or billing email you received so we can investigate thoroughly.
