Managing your account

To cancel your Triips membership, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Triips profile.
  2. Go to your membership account settings.
  3. In the My Membership section, click "Manage Billing Info" — this will redirect you to our secure billing portal powered by Stripe.
  4. On the Stripe billing page, click "Cancel subscription", then scroll down and confirm the cancellation to proceed.

Once canceled, your membership will not renew, and you’ll continue to have access to your benefits until the end of your current billing period.

Yes, you can request permanent deletion of your Triips account by contacting us through the support form and confirming the email linked to your account. Please note that account deletion is irreversible — once processed, you will lose all access to the Triips platform, including any active memberships. No refunds will be issued for any charges made prior to deletion.

You can update your departure airport anytime in your edit profile settings. Once updated, you'll start receiving deal alerts based on the airport you selected.

Billing and refunds

All memberships begin with a 7-day free trial. If not canceled before the trial ends, the plan renews automatically. Per our Terms and Conditions, payments are non-refundable once processed.

However, if you believe a charge was made in error, you may contact us via the support form and forward any cancellation confirmation email. We’ll review your case individually.

We understand that this can happen. Refunds are not guaranteed, but you can request a review. Please include your cancellation confirmation if available.

We have a strict policy against fraud and take these matters very seriously.

Flight deal coverage

We focus on finding the lowest fares available, which are typically economy. However, many flights we feature are also available in business class — simply check the airline’s website after receiving the deal.

We send 2–3 flight deals per week, which adds up to over 150 alerts per year. While you can’t request a specific destination like India, Dubai, or France, there’s a very good chance that one of your preferred locations will appear.

No, Triips is not a travel agency. We do not book flights for you. We find great deals and send you the links so you can book directly with the airline or trusted travel site.
