At Triips, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use our website and services.

Who we are

Our website address is triips.com. Triips is a flight deal subscription service. We help travelers find exclusive flight deals 50โ€“90% off regular prices, departing from 52 cities across 15 countries. Members receive curated email alerts as soon as we detect a notable deal.

02.

Our services

Triips provides flight deal alerts and notifications. We are NOT a booking platform. Our proprietary AI technology analyzes millions of fare combinations daily, factoring in seasonal pricing patterns, route demand trends, and destination-specific behavior to identify exceptional value. We send 2โ€“3 curated deals per week from your departure city when our algorithms detect significant price drops, typically 50โ€“90% below average prices. We are an official partner of Skyscanner. When you click a deal, you are redirected to Skyscanner to complete your booking with the airline.

Information we collect

Personal information

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Account Information: Email address and password when you create a membership account. Name is optional and can be added later from your Club dashboard.
  • Membership Details: Payment information processed by Stripe (card details are not stored on our servers, only a billing postal code and country) and your subscription plan.
  • Profile Information: Preferred departure city, dream destination (optional), and email alert consent.
  • Communication Data: Email address for flight deal alerts and newsletters (consent required during checkout).
  • Support Communications: Information you provide when contacting our support team via our contact form.
  • Social Login Data: When using Google social login, we collect your email address, Google account identifier, and your name if available on your Google profile.

Email communications consent

During membership signup, you must agree to receive flight alerts by email when a deal is found from your city, plus offers from Triips. This single consent covers:

  • Flight deal alerts from your selected departure city (our core service).
  • Offers from Triips, including retention promotions and reactivation messages.

This consent is required because email is how our service operates: without it, we cannot deliver the deals you signed up for.

Automatically collected information

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our website:

  • Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on site, email open rates, deal click-through rates, and engagement patterns.
  • Location Data: General geographic location based on IP address for service eligibility.
  • Technical Data: Log files, error reports, and performance metrics.
