These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and website (“Services”) provided by Triips. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
About Triips
Triips is an AI-powered flight deal subscription service that helps travelers find exclusive flight deals 50-90% off regular prices departing from 17 major cities across the US & Canada. We continuously monitor airfare prices using advanced machine learning algorithms and send curated email alerts when we detect exceptional deals.
Our Technology
Our proprietary AI technology scans millions of fare combinations daily to identify the lowest prices and exceptional value. We send 2โ3 curated deals per week from your home airport when we detect significant price drops, typically 50โ90% below average prices.

Our Services
Flight Deal Alert Service
Triips provides AI-powered flight deal alerts and notifications. Important: We are NOT a booking platform. Our technology identifies exceptional deals and sends you curated email alerts. We are an official partner with Skyscanner, and when you click on our deals, you’re redirected to Skyscanner to complete your booking.
Service Limitations
Our AI-powered flight deal alerts are subject to the following limitations:
- Availability of deals at the time you attempt to book, as airline inventory changes constantly and deals may expire quickly
- Pricing accuracy between detection and booking, as final pricing is determined by airlines and booking platforms
- Specific destinations or timing of deals, as our AI detects opportunities unpredictably
- Seat availability on advertised flights, which may have booking class restrictions
- Suggested date combinations and itineraries, which are provided as examples and may not reflect current availability
- Users are responsible for verifying all flight details with airlines or Skyscanner before making purchases.
Marketing and Communications
All marketing materials, advertisements, social media content, and promotional communications are provided for illustration purposes only. This includes flight deals and prices displayed in advertisements, screenshots, discount percentages, testimonials, and destinations used in marketing.
Marketing content may not reflect current availability or actual service delivery. Our actual service remains accurate through verified email notifications and legitimate booking redirects.
Deal Characteristics
- Frequency: 2-3 curated deals per week when AI detects exceptional value
- Timing: Deals are unpredictable and data-driven – we cannot forecast specific destinations or timing
- Duration: Deals have limited availability and may expire quickly
- Value: Deals represent mathematically verified savings compared to standard market rates
- Content Protection: All deal information is proprietary to Triips and protected by intellectual property laws
Membership and Subscription
Subscription Plans
- You can view our current membership pricing at https://triips.com/pricing/
- Currency: Customers are charged in their local currency (USD for US customers, CAD for Canadian customers). All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor.
Free Trial Period
- Duration: 7 days free (precisely 168 hours from signup time)
- Extended Trials: May be available through retention offers during cancellation process
- Automatic Conversion: Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before trial expiration
- One Trial Rule: Each customer is eligible for only ONE free trial per lifetime
- Immediate Charges: Customers who previously used trials are charged immediately upon new signup
Payment Processing
- Payment Processor: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe
- Trial Conversion: Automatic billing occurs at exactly 7 days (168 hours), not calendar days
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions continue automatically unless actively cancelled
- Failed Payments: Stripe retries failed payments for up to 14 days
- Currency Conversion: Bank/card companies handle USD to local currency conversion and associated fees
Account Management
- Profile Updates: You can change your preferred departure city at any time through your profile settings
- Email Preferences: Deal alerts are automatically customized based on your selected departure city
- Password Security: Password reset links expire within 15-30 minutes for security
- Data Access: You can view, edit, or delete your personal data through your account dashboard
Cancellation Policy
Self-Service Cancellation
Only you can cancel your own subscription. Our staff cannot and will not cancel subscriptions via email, phone, or chat for security and compliance reasons.
Cancellation Methods
Two methods are available through your membership settings at https://triips.com/membership-account/:
- Direct Cancellation: Click the “Cancel” button
- Stripe Billing Portal: Click “Update Billing Info” button to access Stripe’s billing portal
Cancellation Process
- Log in to your account: https://triips.com/login/
- Go to your membership settings: https://triips.com/membership-account/
- Choose your preferred cancellation method
- Follow the steps to finalize cancellation
Cancellation Effects
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access to all services until the end of your paid period
- No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods
- Successful cancellation generates a confirmation email
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for subscription payments. All payments are final once processed. By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree to this no refund policy.
Savings Guarantee
If you don’t save at least $500 on flights within your first year of membership, you can request a full refund. To be eligible, you must:
- Remain subscribed for the full 12-month membership period
- Book at least two flights using deals received from Triips
- Submit your refund request within 30 days after the end of your billing cycle
- Provide booking confirmations and related deal emails as documentation
Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized Use
You may not use our Services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:
- Spamming, hacking, or distributing malware
- Attempting to disrupt or harm website functionality
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse trial offers
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
- Attempting to circumvent payment systems
- Using automated systems to access our services
- Copying, redistributing, or sharing deal information outside of personal use
Reverse Engineering
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of our website, Services, or proprietary AI algorithms.
Content Protection
Our deal information, pricing data, and algorithmic insights are proprietary and confidential. You may not:
- Share deal information on public forums or social media
- Republish our content without permission
- Use our deals for commercial purposes
- Create competing services using our data
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
All content, images, algorithms, and materials on our website are owned by Triips and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes:
- Website design and layout
- Proprietary AI algorithms and technology
- Deal curation methodology
- Brand name, logos, and trademarks
- All deal content and pricing information
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Restrictions
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of our materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Service Management
Service Availability
While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Service Modifications
Triips reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue services with or without notice
- Update pricing structures
- Change coverage areas or departure cities
- Modify AI algorithms and deal detection criteria
- Update website functionality and features
Account Termination
Triips reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Abuse of our services or systems
- Legal compliance requirements
This applies to all membership types and billing plans. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.
Email Communications
Required Consent
By subscribing to Triips, you consent to receive email communications, including:
- Flight deal alerts from club@deals.triips.com
- Account and billing notifications from club@triips.com
- Retention marketing from club@marketing.triips.com (for cancelled members)
Email vs. Subscription Management
Important distinction:
- Email Unsubscribe: Removes you from mailing lists but does NOT cancel your subscription or stop billing
- Subscription Cancellation: Stops billing and must be done through your account dashboard
Third-Party Services
Skyscanner Partnership
We redirect users to Skyscanner, our official booking partner, to complete flight purchases. Skyscanner:
- Has their own terms and conditions
- Handles all booking transactions independently
- Is responsible for customer service related to bookings
- May collect additional data subject to their privacy policy
Payment Processing
All payment processing is handled by Stripe, subject to their terms of service and privacy policy.
Email Delivery
Email communications are delivered through Kit (ConvertKit) and SendWP, subject to their respective service terms.
Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Disclaimers
Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy of deal information
- Availability of advertised flights
- Continuous service availability
- Specific savings amounts or outcomes
Limitation of Liability
Triips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including:
- Lost savings from missed deals
- Travel disruptions or additional costs
- Service interruptions
- Third-party booking issues
- Currency conversion costs
- Opportunity costs
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding any claim.
User Responsibilities
Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date account information
Deal Verification
You must independently verify all flight details, including:
- Price accuracy at time of booking
- Flight availability and schedules
- Airline terms and conditions
- Baggage policies and additional fees
- Cancellation and change policies
Responsible Use
You agree to use our Services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Data Protection and Privacy

Account Deletion
You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data. This action is irreversible and results in immediate termination of membership without refund.
Geographic Restrictions
Service Availability
Our services are primarily designed for residents of the United States and Canada. Deal alerts are optimized for departures from our 17 covered cities.
International Users
International users may access our services but should be aware that:
- Deals may not be optimized for their location
- Currency conversion fees may apply
- Additional terms may apply based on local regulations

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Triips is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
Updates to Terms

Triips may revise these Terms at any time. When we make significant changes:

- Active members will be notified via email

Acceptance of Changes
